At Nail Tribe, new clients begin by completing the New Client Inquiry Form, which helps me understand your goals and ensure we’re a good fit. Once submitted, you will be placed on a waitlist, and I will reach out when I have availability or during the next schedule rollout.

Appointment schedules are released every two months. This system allows me to manage demand fairly while maintaining the quality and consistency of service for every client.

Nail Tribe is designed for clients committed to maintaining healthy, beautiful nails over time. As a result, one-time appointments are not offered.

A $20 deposit per appointment is required to secure your spot. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Without a deposit, your appointment will not be confirmed.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so directly through the booking website. Availability may be limited, and rescheduling may require waiting for an opening.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a $50 fee. This fee is separate from your deposit and helps cover last-minute loss of appointment time.

Please arrive with bare nails. I do not remove work performed by other nail technicians. If you arrive with product on your nails, I may be unable to proceed with your appointment due to scheduling. If time allows, an additional fee will apply for outside removal.

If your product has been worn for more than 5 weeks, a full removal will be required before a new set can be applied. This helps maintain the health of your natural nails and ensures the highest quality results.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are 15 minutes late or more, I will be unable to proceed with your service. If you arrive early, please send a message, as I may still be with another client.

Every appointment is reserved specifically for you. If you decide to change your nail design during your appointment, we can accommodate the change if time allows. Additional time and materials may require a $30 fee, or the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

As this is a private home studio, I am unable to accommodate children, additional guests, or pets during appointments.

Your birthday deserves more than one day. Enjoy 10% off one appointment during your birthday month as a gift from Nail Tribe. This offer is valid once per year and may be used at any appointment during your birthday month.

Referral Program

Receive 30% off your next appointment after your referral completes a service. The referred client must mention your name at the time of booking for the discount to apply.

Free street parking is available.

Available within a 20-mile radius of Boston at a $300 flat rate.

A $140 prepayment is required to secure your appointment. This payment is non-refundable but will be applied toward your total service cost.

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. Parking fees may apply if free parking is unavailable. A clear, well-lit workspace and access to power are required for setup.
