How It Works
At Nail Tribe, new clients begin by completing the New Client Inquiry Form, which helps me understand your goals and ensure we’re a good fit. Once submitted, you will be placed on a waitlist, and I will reach out either when I have availability or during the next schedule rollout.

Appointment schedules are released every two months, and this system allows me to manage demand fairly while maintaining the quality and consistency of service for every client.

New Clients/Returning Clients
Please arrive with bare nails. I do not remove work done by other nail technicians. If you arrive with product on, I will be unable to proceed with your appointment and it will be considered a no-show.

Punctuality
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are 15 minutes late or more, I cannot proceed with your appointment. If you arrive early, message me, as I may still be with a client.

Deposit Policy
A $20 deposit per appointment is required to secure your spot. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Without the deposit, your appointment will not be confirmed.

Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will require a payment of $50. This fee helps cover last-minute loss of time and ensures fairness to all clients. This payment is separate from your deposit.

No One-Time Appointments
I aim to help you achieve strong, healthy nails, which requires multiple appointments for the best results. Therefore, one-time appointments are not allowed.

Referral Program
Get 30% off your next appointment after your referral completes a service. The referred person must inform me who referred them, or the discount won't apply.

5-Week Product Limit
If my product has been on for more than 5 weeks, a full removal will be required before a new set can be applied. This helps maintain the health of your nails and ensures quality results.

Cancel/Reschedule
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so directly through the booking website. Availability may be limited, so rescheduling might require waiting for an opening.

Changed My Mind
If you change your mind about your nail design, we can redo it during your appointment if there's time, or we can reschedule.
$30 fee will apply.

During Appointment
This is a home studio, and I cannot accommodate children, extra guests, or pets due to limited space.

Parking
Free parking available on the street.
